Ingredients:

1/2 cup broccoli, stems removed – cut in small, bite- size pieces
3 cups green cabbage, chopped finely in thin slices 1 cup grated purple cabbage

1/4 cup shredded or julienne carrots
2 Tbsp. minced yellow onion
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup honey
1 – 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. ground mustard

Directions:

Mix vegetables in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients separate bowl, then stir in until mixed thoroughly. Let sit for 30 minutes for optimum flavor before serving.
