Kale Chips

Ingredients:

1 Head of Kale rinsed and dried

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Sea Salt to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 275º. Remove ribs from the Kale and cut into  2 inch pieces. Toss with olive oil and salt. Bake in a single layer on a baking sheet for 10 minutes then turn. Bake another ten minutes or until crisp and edges begin to brown. Sprinkle with powdered dressing mix, Italian seasoning or parmesan cheese for fun flavor variations.
