Apple Cider Coleslaw
3 Cups Green Cabbage shredded
1 Cup Red Cabbage shredded
1 Cup Carrots shredded
1 Cup Granny Smith Apple shredded
Dressing
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Stoneground Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Celery Seed
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Toss all shredded items together in a large salad bowl. In a small whisk together all dressing ingredients until well blended. Toss shredded ingredients and dressing together and serve.
