Approx. 7 to 8 servings
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars together until fluffy. Add ice cream with spices. Mix all ingredients well with whisk. Freeze in airtight container. To make the beverage by the cup: Add 4 tablespoons of this recipe to a cup of boiling water. Add rum if desired. Add additional batter to taste.
