This tasty side dish has been a  family favorite on our Thanksgiving table for generations. I hope your family enjoys it as much as we do.

3 lbs Sweet Potatos or Yams cooked, peeled and mashed

Add to the mashed mixture

1/4 c butter

2 eggs

1/4 c brown sugar

1 tsp salt

1 Tbs cinnamon

1/4 to 1/2 c orange juice

Whip all together and place in a baking dish.

Topping

1 c crushed pecans

1/2 c brown sugar

1/4 c melted butter

Mix well and sprinkle over top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
