Welcome to Cravings where a welcoming sign hangs on the wall that states “May all who enter as guests leave as friends”. Proving that the people at Cravings are just as friendly as the food is delicious.
Meet Heath and Christi Chase, local residents who recently purchased Chester Old Town Cafe from Carol Fanchetti and turned it into Cravings Cafe, Expresso Bar & Bakery. With over 15 years of restaurant experience under their belts they both felt ready to open something special of their own. The biggest thing that separates Cravings from other local hot spots would have to be their menu. Almost everything on the menu is homemade from scratch.
Whether you’re craving something sweet like their mouth watering scratch sticky buns or Belgian waffles, or something belly warming like their homemade corn beef and hash, they’ve got something for everyone. Top it off with a hot cup of Jo or specialty coffee and you’re all set. I have to tell you, they make a killer mocha!
Looking for lunch? They’ve got great lunch options too, including their signature Chorizo burger. Whatever your style is, traditional or something different they’ve got you covered. Try their classic BLT or maybe something with their tantalizing cranberry onion jam. They also offer pies to order and an extensive supply of satisfying freshly baked goodies in their bakery case.
Heath and Christi hope to expand the sitting area by adding patio seating outside and said the menu is constantly growing. They are always looking for input from locals and welcome you to leave a review on Facebook or Yelp. According to the reviews so far they offer wonderful service with food made to perfection.
