Cool and refreshing but still festive! This smoothie is not only delicious and healthy but kid friendly as well. Perfect for an afternoon treat after spending a day on the trail.
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 Cup Water or Vanilla Almond milk (or milk of your choice)
• 3/4 Cup Vanilla (or plain if you prefer) non-fat Greek Yogurt
• 1 Cup Canned Pumpkin
• 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
• 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
• 1 frozen banana (for smooth blending, cut the banana into at least 4 pieces.
Place into a sandwich bag before freezing) • 1 Cup Crushed Ice Directions: • Pour the liquid into the blender first, followed by the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth, serve and enjoy every last drop.
