Ingredients:

•Apple Cider Vinegar

•Baking Soda (Optional)

•Cold Water

Directions: In a large bowl mix together 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon baking soda for every gallon of cold water that you use. Add your vegetables, making sure the water covers them and let the vegetables soak for about ten minutes. Use a vegetable brush if needed to scrub the dirt off of your veggies, rinse with water, and enjoy!
