You will need
1lb of fresh shrimp (clean and deveined)
3/4 cup of white wine
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of butter
3 Tbsp garlic
Grated parmesan cheese
Heat wine, oil, butter, and garlic on medium heat. Bring to a boil,
and add shrimp immediately. Cook for 4-5 minutes until shrimp are
pink. Do Not Over Cook.
Spoon shrimp onto plate and pour on cooking juices, top with grated
cheese. You can use on top of noodles or rice. Enjoy!
