Joe’s Signature Steak Sauce From Joe Majors
You will need:
Your favorite cut of meat
8 oz. Crumbled Bleu Cheese
1 Stick of butter
1Tbsp of milk/cream
1Cup of water
When your cut of meat is half way through cooking, take a small sauce
pan and fill with 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil. Take another smaller
sauce pan placed inside the boiling water, put in 1 container of bleu cheese, and 1/2 of butter
stick. On low heat, slowly stir mixture above in small sauce pan.
The Steam melts the cheese without burning it. When mixture is fully
melted, pour onto your favorite steak. It will melt in your mouth.
