Each week, Master Chef and owner Serge Marchale will be whipping up several new entrees, such as a steaming rich lamb stew. All entree choices include homemade soup & fresh green salad along with two mouth watering sides. If Basque is not your style, the regular menu is still available with treasures like Veal Scallopini and local Five Dot Ranch steaks. The Prime Rib Buffet has returned to The Sage Hen Restaurant on the weekends, matched up with their extensive wine list and full service bar for a buffet that is hard to beat.
