Easy Avocado Salad

2 avocados (peeled, pitted, cubed)
2-3 tomatoes (cubed) OR
10 cherry tomatoes chopped into halves
1 ball fresh mozzarella cheese (cubed)
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons basil (dried or fresh)
salt & pepper to taste
Cilantro, spinach, or dried cranberries can be added if desired.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and serve cold.
