Blend well. Add lemon juice and poppy seeds. Mix well. Chill. Mix well with wire whisk just before drizzling over salad. 2 cups of fresh lettuce mixture. 1/4 cup thin celery slices 1/2 cup diced, peeled apple 1/2 cup fresh shelled walnuts 1/4 cup honey 3 Tablespoons brown sugar 2 Tablespoons butter Melt honey, brown sugar and butter till bubbly.
