The small town of Greenville in beautiful Indian Valley, surrounded by picturesque mountains, welcomes riders from all over for the Indian Valley Century Rides on May 29th.
A planned Metric ride is fast and flat, along rich pasture land and a wooded stream. The Miler’s climb, up and around Antelope Lake, is moderate (1,500 ft) before its return to the valley floor.
Both the metric and mile century begin in Greenville at the high school. 30 miles out in Genesee , a picturesque lunch stop has been chosen as the turnaround point for the metric ride. For the milers, the turnaround point is another 17 miles and 1,500 ft. higher in elevation at Antelope Lake in the Plumas National Forest.
