Fresh Fruit Parfaits - Spring Breakfast Buffet

Cantaloupe

Grapes red or green – Ask in the produce department which is sweeter.

Strawberries

Bananas

Prepared Whipped Cream

Mint Leafs, if available, add a special touch.

Use small bowls, one for each person being served. Clear glass bowls show off this colorful side dish. slice cantaloupe into 1/2 inch cubes, enough to fill each bowl 1/3 full. Lay grapes to fill to half full. Slice banana over fruit. Top with sliced strawberries, cut in half. Just before serving, add a dollop of whipped cream and top with a mint leaf and a maraschino cherry.
